Ana will be creating beautiful, custom jewellery and showcasing her talent at the boutique that evening. WOUDENBERG is designed by Toronto based Emily Woudenberg. One of Toronto's up and coming young designers. Emily designs avant-garde androgynous jewellery while completing short films, clothing, and artistic photo shoots in relation to each collection. Emily Woudenberg began making jewellery at a young age, and began working at a small jewellery shop "Glass in Motion at age 15. Emily's formal training is in the Fine Arts and Graphic design.
"Fresh and Innovative and explains, "it was very creative in a very wearable way, I actually love the jewellery, it could literally be on a runway at a show I could go to in New York or Paris. -Joe Zee
Recently, pieces from Woudenberg have been featured in the National Post, Dress to Kill Magazine, and Now Magazine as well as online at FashioNights, Notable, Plaid, a la mode, and finally the Fashionist. Emily Woudenberg was awarded the prestigious Passion for Fashion Award for her business entrepreneurship, a competition amongst 13 other designers and fashion entrepreneurs, Emily walked away with the top prize.
